On the nose, it exudes aromas of crème de cassis, blackberry pie, warm plums, violets, and star anise, complemented by cedar, pencil shavings, and subtle spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, layered, and precise, showing flavours of dark berries, baker’s chocolate, and a mineral edge.
