On the palate, it is medium-bodied and precise, delivering juicy red fruits layered with earthy undertones, savoury herbs, and subtle mineral notes. The structure is defined by vibrant acidity and finely textured tannins, leading to a long, fresh, and elegant finish. Fermented with partial whole clusters and aged for twelve months in French oak (20% new), it achieves a refined balance of fruit purity and complexity. Optimal drinking is suggested from now through 2030. This wine is not classified as organic.
