Wine Description It exhibits aromas of stewed black cherry, candied berries, and red liquorice, as well as sensations of dark Niagara cherry, raspberry, black pepper, fragrant juniper, and graphite. On the palate, the wine is bright and juicy, with notes of blackcurrant and a peppercorn spice. It offers a refreshing, fruit forward style with vibrant acidity and balance. Food Pairing Suggested pairings include charcuterie, grilled duck in a plum sauce, or Korean Pork Bulgogi.
