Wine Description This multi-vintage white is a blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco, and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from volcanic soils on the Veronese slopes of Monte Calvarina, within the Soave area. Pale golden in colour, it offers complex aromas of chamomile, citrus zest, almonds, tropical fruit, and subtle beeswax. The palate is layered and elegant, showing ripe stone fruit, citrus oil, roasted nuts, and a distinctive mineral edge. Medium- to full-bodied, the wine balances richness with vibrant acidity, leading to a long, textured finish.
