The fruit is sourced from growers with whom Louis Jadot holds purchase agreements based on the quality of the harvest each year. The grapes are handpicked and sorted, then undergo fermentation. After a long maceration, a proportion of the wine is set to age in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
