Grape: 85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Tasting Notes: Black Cherry, Lush, Round, Toast Located in the Rioja Baja, at the southeastern end of the Rioja, Vina Herminia belongs to the owners of Emilio Lustau. Altitude on the slopes and a warmer climate ensures rich, generous, fruity wines of enormous appeal. The Crianza is 85% Tempranillo & 15% Garnacha and is aged 12 months in oak, 70% American & 30% French. This wine has great complexity for a crianza and is generously ripe with clean, bright fruit flavors. A classic rioja -- made by an Australian winemaker no less.
