Old vine Pais made from vines over 100 years old. Pais is originally from Spain, but made its way to Chile by way of the Missionaries, so it is often referred to as the 'mission grape'. This wine is bright, juicy, fresh and light with aromas of strawberry, wildflowers and sour cherry. Pairs well with fish and pasta however can also be used as a great aperitif. Try served slightly chilled.
