The growing and harvesting of the grapes are rigorously monitored and controlled. This team of specialists uses modern grape-growing and wine-making techniques to develop authentic wines that capture the taste of the terroir. From clay and limestone vineyards around Montagny in the Cote Chalonnaise, this supple Chardonnay is intense, elegant, rich, and refreshing with beautiful depth, zesty acidity, and a long, silky finish. The precise palate boasts flavors of lemon, Anjou pear, apple and white peach.
