At the foot of the Andes in the Alto Agrelo, about 1,000 meters above sea level, the climate is a bit cooler and seems to encourage the cabernet sauvignon to ripen more slowly. In this example, there are herbal tones that blend very well with the red and black fruit tones. On the palate, the tannins are polished yet with enough grip for a grilled steak.
