46% Zibibbo, 37% Vermentino, 17% Muscat. Winemaking: Fruit was direct pressed and moved to stainless steel, racked off lees three times, and fermented outside under sunny skies. We watched sugar levels closely and chilled the tank when we reached the correct levels, then bottled it up by hand, again, outside under sunny skies. This wine captures the warmth and sunshine of the vintage beautifully. . Brimming with grapefruit and Meyer lemon, golden kiwifruit, papaya, starfruit, racy acid, fresh salinity, and of course, bubbles.
