Bombergerâs Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon honors the legacy of the former distillery known as Bombergerâs in the 1800âs and later as Michterâs in the 20th Century. Please join us in toasting and celebrating American Whiskey History with this outstanding small batch 108 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon. . This 2026 release of Bombergerâs Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon features the whiskeyâs hallmark Chinquapin oak, coupled with the addition of Hungarian oak, thereby creating an intriguing, rich chocolate decadence around the cherry and spice attributes characteristic of Chinquapin. Both types of oak were naturally seasoned and air dried for three years with a custom toast and char. The result is a bold, expressive journey of a complex cherry profile underscored by baking spice, toasted pecans, butter toffee, and luxurious layers of chocolate, all supported by a silky texture. APPEARANCE -- Rich mahogany. NOSE -- Bright fruit, roasted nuts and butter toffee. PALATE -- Decadent, rich layers of chocolate encase a beautiful journey through cherry and spice characters enriched by toasted pecans and butter toffee. FINISH -- The finish lingers with a full, silky depth and layered complexity
