Â Planted to a selection massale of Sauvignon Blanc from Alfred Tement's vineyards in Austria on pure limestone soils and ranging from 300-500 meters in elevation, there is a wide range of flavors produced from the vineyard. Â Cirtus, yellow florals, stone dust, and a ever so slight bitter/salty edge.
