Winemaker's Notes:. We just love our ORGANICALLY FARMED one-acre vineyard, planted in front of a friendâs house in â02. Â This is our 15th vintage from the Admiralâs Vineyard, and it continues to impress! The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested on September 1st and was a little bit riper than more recent vintages! This vintage is full of bright citrus flavors, with a refreshing crispness and nice minerality. This is my âgo toâ wine while prepping dinner!
