Oloroso C11 from Bodega Barrero is an oxidatively aged wine from the Pago BalbaÃna Alta of the highest quality musts and aged for 5 years in the Barrio Bajo of Sanlúcar. Its ageing is carried out with great care in the winery of Santa Inés, inside the San Pedro winery. . With a great aroma and elegance, due to only one bottling a year, Oloroso C11 surprises in the visual phase with its beautiful amber colour, typical of a very slow oxidation that gives it a high aromatic intensity and a palate where its origin and ageing are present in equal parts. . Silky and unctuous in the mouth, C11 is a glyceric oloroso, ideal to accompany everything from appetizers to elaborate dishes such as game or fish stews. Dishes always at the height of their finesse and character.
