Bare Knuckle Straight Bourbon has a new challenger â Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon. This six year-old bourbon is made with 75% corn, 21% rye, & 4% malted barley. . Bare Knuckle High Rye Bourbon has notes of kettle corn, hot chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and caramelized sugars with airy vanilla combining like crème brûlée.  A hint of dried cherry adds a fruity contrast to rye spice on the finish.
